Well, it’s here! This is Brooklyn’s last Cottage Fair for the 2nd grade :( Her school has 4units that they learn about throughout the year, and they call them “Cottages” this is basically where they learn their science/social studies. They just ended “Bug Farm” this was where they learned about bugs! It was cute, they ended their cottage this year with having a science fair too. Check out the pics :)
Started off with a little song they did in Music about bugs
Here is her science board! Such a big girl!
Her butterfly…cracks me up!

Mother’s Day!
Soooo Happy Mother’s Day to all of you lovely ladies out there!! I am so blessed to have been chosen to be the mommy of my wonderful-amazing-beautiful children! What an important duty God has called me to do and be, Brooklyn and Alex’s mom! I don’t know what I would do without them, they are my life and my gifts from God.
These beautiful babies, surprised me with Breakfast in Bed this morning!! Along with a smoke filled downstairs as my hubby (whom is adorable) tried to make me pancakes :) I got eggs, toast, pancakes and milk-WOW! What a breakfast, LOL!! I didn’t know where to begin! They also showered me with wonderful cards and gifts! Love them!
After church this morning we went out to lunch, then I came home and took a nice long (well-needed) nap! Then we took the kids to the park so they could fly the kite that Brooklyn got at church today as a prize :) It was a great, and relaxing day with my family. I loved every minute of it! Thank you God for my family!
Check out how SWOLLEN my ankles and feet are! OMG, sausage toes every day until the birth…bet ya! Oh and pay NO attention to the fact my hubby is wearing his SOCKS with his FLIP FLOPS! Nerd. Nerd. Nerd. Nothing more to say, LOL!!
Tree is Finished!

Surprise!!
Crimping?
I think its back folks! Yes that ridiculous hairstyle that braved us when we were young, is back!!! My daughter asked me to braid her hair so when she woke up the next day it would be “wavy”….. she looked SUPER cute not doubt! But all I could think about was how that is what I used to do when I was about her age, but I had a “crimper” LOL! Look at how adorable she is with her wavy “crimped” hair :)

Getting Closer!
So here is the most recent pic of the baby’s room! I have started making the POM POMS today for the room, and I am also starting on the tree this evening!! My friend from my Bible study is letting me borrow an overhead projector so I can trace the tree on the wall, yes! So if everything goes to plan the tree should (crossing fingers) be done by the end of the week! Take a look :)
