Cali Vaca 2011

Yup! We went to Cali again…. but this time, we think we have found “our spot”… We are sooooo very THANKFUL to have my Nanny (grandma) allow us to use her timeshare every year! She doesn’t use all of her points every year, and since she doesn’t want them to go to waste we get to use  them!! What does that mean? FREE places to stay! Its like going on vaca and staying in an apartment/condo! We love it! This is how I grew up traveling, we didn’t stay in Hotels, we stayed in resorts/condo’s/etc.. So I am so glad my kids are getting to experience the same thing! Not only is the stay always awesome in an awesome place, they have activities every night! Its so cute! We love it! This year we went to Oceanside, and seriously  I cannot tell you how much I love this town! LOVE-LOVE-LOVE! We had the BEST view! Check it out!….

Now the other side….

We got to take my sister along with us.. which was AWESOME! Not only was it great for her since it was her first time to Cali, AND her first time to the beach (that she can remember)!! But it was great for us too, she got a free vaca, and we got a baby sitter for 2 nights! Whoop Whoop!!!

We also went to the zoo, we have been there before but it had been a couple of years so we thought we would take the kids back now that they are bigger. They loved it! We also went on a “surrey ride” around the beach, fun!

 

Daddy was able to relax, finally!! Seriously, he is adorable. I swear the longer we are married the more and more I love him! He is amazing, and he truly is amazing to me! He has become more and more amazing over the years! You think that when you get married that its as good as it will get… but honestly, Diego is 100x the man he was when we first got married! I just hope that I am to him what he has been to me! Love you baby!

 

Enjoying Dinner, I know that some go on vaca to get away from cooking/cleaning etc.. but this is one way we SAVE is by eating in, instead of out!

 

Kids relaxing in their room! This is actually the “master bedroom” but since it had the King size bed we let the 3 kids sleep in here (: We slept in the second bedroom with Natalie in the pack-n-play, it worked out perfect!

 

On our way home we stopped back by L.A so my sister could site see :)

Natalie’s 1st Birthday!!

Can you believe it? Me either! But the time has come, our baby girl is 1…. Seems like she was just born yesterday! I am so sad that she is growing up so fast! I remember Diego and I talking about whether or not we wanted another baby. I knew that I wanted a 3rd child with out a doubt in my brain! I have always wanted 4 kids… 2 boys and 2 girls, but since I have had a C-Section every time, that limits me a bit… So I knew that our family would be complete with one more! Diego on the other hand… well he has 2 boys in CA, plus our son, then a step-daughter… so he was very unsure about us having another baby. Well, after praying and talking, talking and praying we decided that it was a go! I was sooooo excited! We got pregnant the 2nd month! Once Natalie was born,  knew in my heart that our family was complete. Still to this day, I have no desire for any more children, I knew that once I had my third I would have that “I’m done” feeling, and I did! I wanted to post some pictures from Natalie’s first birthday, so enjoy! We had a blast!! Love that little baby girl!

Buttercream Glitz

SOOOOOO many people have been asking about my Cake Pops (thank you by the way!!) and my cakes, must be birthday/baby shower season? Anyway, I had a way for everyone to look on my photo blog at all my cakes/cake pops but now I have made it easier... yes easier :) I don't want to create a full blown website, or FB page just because this is really something I do for fun... Maybe in the future you'll see a "Buttercream Glitz Boutique" website :) But as for now, it just gets a space on my photography blog :) ANYWAY... head on over to my other blog (click on image above) and check out my prices/and work so far... All of the cakes I sell are homemade (no boxed cake or canned frostings) along with homemade frosting's; like buttercream, and fondant! That is how I like it! I'm sure you do too!
