Another Weight Update!

Okay so this week I got started late on my calorie counting because I did some re-evaluating, so with that I only lost .5….not a lot but better than nothing! I have decided to change my calorie intake.. I was not eating enough, therefore I was making it super difficult on myself.  With Breastfeeding I think that I was just limiting myself way to much, and I felt like I was starving! So I have raised it 300 calories, I will be eating 1800 now instead of 1500. I think this will be a good fit for me with breastfeeding. I went on my first walk this morning, I was doing my elliptical but I hate it,  I just don’t like being inside. I love being outside walking because it doesn’t feel like exercising so I keep at it. My goal this next week is a walk/run combo. I plan on doing this until I work up to running long distance. I have always been a walker and I feel like it is time to step-it up! So this is what I am going to do…

Week 1
Brisk 5-minute warm-up walk. Then I will alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for 20 minutes.

Week 2
5 minute walk for a warm-up, then 90 Jogging followed by 2 minutes of walking for 20 minutes then cool down with a 5 minute walk.

Week 3
Warm up walk for 5 minutes, followed by to reps of 90 seconds jogging, 90 seconds walking, 3 minutes jogging, 3 minutes walking then a 5 minute cool down.

Once I finish these 3 weeks, I will update on how my next 3 weeks will go. I am hoping by the 6th week I will be jogging for 30 minutes. Wish me luck! I can’t wait to see how this will affect my weight loss too!

This and That

 

New Couch!

I am so excited to get my old couch out of my living room! Even though we just moved it into the next room, LOL! We’re going to save up some $$ to get them cleaned so they can look nice again!  But our neighbors who live next door wanted to get rid of their couch and get a new one… Well we said we would take it! They really are only here ever once and a while so the couch is practically brand new! It looks so good in our living room! I am going to get some red pillows eventually along with some lamps to go on the end tables. When the baby pack-n-play is put away and I will be able to put my other end table next to the other side of the couch, the table lamps with red shades will look perfect! Anyway, here is a pic!

As you can see the boys in my family have definitely taken a liking to the couch! LOL!!! My husband is even sleeping on my nursing pillow!! LOL!

 

My other couches have found a new home in my front room, the kids are somewhat excited because they really LOVED having a big empty room to run and play in! haha! I just need to add things to the wall, but that will all take time and  most of all MONEY!

Pumpkin Patch!

We had such a great time! But, it was way too hot! I ended up with an awful headache, and came home so sick to my stomach! Horrible! But the time there was just amazing, love my friends! Here are some pics :)…some. I took like 200!

Tomorrow!!

I can’t wait until tomorrow! We ‘re going to the pumpkin patch with friends and I am so excited because my kids are gonna look so cute!! I bought them all black shirts except Natalie because I couldn’t find any but orange…UGH… oh well. Anyway, then I went to Hobby Lobby and bought some material, and cut out their first initial (except Alex) and put it on the shirt! They aren’t completely finished, I still need to stitch around the edges, but for now they are looking super cute! Then on the Tutu’s they still need their bow, and then also the girls will be wearing super cute matching flowers in their hair!! I can’t stand it! So cute! Check em’ out!

 

This will be Natalie’s Halloween attire :) CUTE!

Haunted House…or is it?

Nope but they are pretty scary lookin’ haha!! The kids made some cookie haunted houses today, they had a blast!

 

Totally Terrific Tutu Tuesday!

So two of my friends came over and we made tutu’s for our girls!! I am so sad, and you aren’t going to believe this…but I was SO busy making tutu’s that I forgot to take pictures!!! Can you believe it? I can’t, I am in shock. Anyway, here is the finished product of my tutu’s… I made Halloween ones for Brooklyn and Natalie to match, today I am making shirts for all three kids to match, and to go with the girls’ tutu’s. The flower below is for their hair, my friend is making a really cute bow to go in the middle of the tutu’s omg. So cute.  I am also making Brooklyn a pink and green tutu because she is going to be a Tutu Fairy for Halloween!! Cute!

Weight…gain?

Argh!! That is right! It was an AWFUL week! I gained 2lbs! Its okay, got to stay positive. I have recognized what made me gain this 2lbs this week… Busy! A little over whelmed too! Editing pictures for the preschools leaves me up late at night which means I’ll be SNACKING way too late! Another thing, since I’ve been so busy I have chose the easy way out of things this past week…which isn’t smart. With all that said, lets see how this week goes!

PINK!

Well this past weekend I gave both of my little girls at home pedi’s!! Brooklyn soaked her feet then I scrubbed them, filed her nails and painted them! So fun! It was so much fun I couldn’t leave baby Natalie out! So I painted her toes TOO!!! Check em’ out!
